Welcome to PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. Please carefully review our terms and conditions outlined below. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are accepted from 100 days in advance, with last-minute bookings accepted up to 16 hours before the session.
  • 100% payment is required before the shoot to secure your booking. We accept payments via PayNow or credit card. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with payment processing through Stripe.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Standard Reschedule: You may reschedule once for free up to 3 days before the event. The new shoot date must occur within the next 90 days, subject to our availability. If no rescheduling is made within the 90-day period, any payment made for the shoot will be forfeited.
  • Weather-Related Reschedule: You may reschedule once for free up to 2 hours before the session in case of rain. The new shoot date must also fall within the next 90 days, subject to our availability. If no rescheduling is made within the 90-day period, any payment made for the shoot will be forfeited.

    If rescheduling is requested within 2 hours of the session, a $50 fee will apply to cover transport and time.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All photographs and videos produced by PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. and its photographers/videographers remain the intellectual property of the creators. Clients may enjoy and share their images for personal use.
  • Unless specified otherwise, PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. reserves the right to use any content captured during sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.
  • If you prefer that your images not be used in this manner, please notify us in writing before your session.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all individuals appearing in the images consent to their use as outlined above. Clients agree to indemnify and defend PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. and photographers against any disputes arising from this matter.

Data Sharing and Communication

  • We may share customer data with third-party platforms like Facebook and Google for marketing purposes. You may receive emails, text messages, and WhatsApp communications from us.

Service Delivery and Deliverables

  • Edited images will be delivered within 5 working days after the session unless otherwise agreed explicitly.
  • Images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or any file transfer tools.

Editing and Revisions

  • Photography: 60 edited photos per hour.
  • Videography: 2-3 minute highlight video.
  • Photography & Videography (1 Manpower): 30 edited photos per hour and a 1-2 minute video highlight.
  • Photography & Videography (2 Manpower): 60 edited photos per hour and a 2-3 minute highlight video.
  • Two free revisions to editing are provided. Additional revisions are available at a cost of $100 SGD per batch (unlimited revisions per batch).

Lateness by Photographer

  • The photographer may be late due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will not hold the company liable. However, if the photographer is more than 15 minutes late, a refund will be provided on a pro-rated basis of the selling price per hour (including discounts).

Failure to Deliver Service

  • In the event that the photographer is unable to deliver photographs due to unforeseen external causes (e.g., fire, illness, personal emergencies), we will issue a refund to the customer, but no other liabilities will be assumed.
  • This limitation of liability also applies if images are damaged during processing, lost due to camera or software malfunction, lost in the mail, or lost/damaged in any other manner beyond the photographer’s control.
  • If the photographer fails to deliver for any other reason, our liability is limited to the retail value of the client’s order. The client releases PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. from all liabilities, claims, and damages that may arise from accidents or unexpected incidents during the session, including associated costs and expenses.

Lateness by Client

  • If the client is late to the event, the waiting time will be considered part of the scheduled shooting time, as the photographer is present and waiting.

Lifetime Storage for Photos

  • PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. offers lifetime storage for your photos, which refers to the duration of our company’s operational existence. We commit to securely storing your images for as long as PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. remains in business.

Limited-Time Storage For Videos

  • PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. provides video storage services for a duration of up to 90 days. This means that your videos will be securely stored for a maximum of 90 days from the date of upload. After this period, videos may be automatically deleted from our storage system.

    We recommend that you download and back up your videos within the 90-day storage window to ensure you do not lose access to your content.

Session Timing and Overtime Charges

  • Each photography session is scheduled for a specific duration as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. Should there be any delays extending the end of the scheduled session, subject to our availability, a grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted. Beyond this grace period, additional time will be charged at the rate of a full one-hour block, regardless of the actual time taken. This charge will be applied to cover the costs and time commitment of the photographer.

Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply if permits are required to shoot at specific locations. These will be charged as admin fees.
  • There may also be charges for editing and revisions, which can be discussed with the photographer.
  • For discounted packages, the number of hours cannot be divided across multiple sessions.

Limitation of Liability

  • PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. is not liable for any copyright issues or any damages incurred from our photo shoot; it is the client’s full responsibility.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.

Force Majeure

  • PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Amendments and Waivers

  • PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. maintains the right to amend any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision is displayed at the top of this document. By engaging our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If modifications are made after your transaction, they will apply to you after a 3-day period. We strive to notify all clients about such changes.
  • The failure of PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD. to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the company’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of these terms.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
