How do I book a photography session with PRIME PHOTOGRAPHY PTE. LTD.?
To book a session, simply go to our online booking platform, pick your perfect time, make your payment, and secure your slot. It’s easy and instant!
What is included in your photography/videography packages?
Our packages include unlimited photos and videos respectively based on the chosen package, a fixed flat rate with no hidden fees, no transport charges, and no surcharges. We offer professional and experienced photographers and lifetime storage of your images.
How long does it take to receive the edited photos and videos?
Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need a quicker turnaround, we offer a 1-day editing service for an additional $100.
What is your delivery time?
We can deliver on the same-day for raw images.
Are there any charges for revisions to edited photos or videos?
You are entitled to 2 free revisions or touch-ups of your edited photos or videos. Additional revisions are available at a cost of $100 SGD per batch (unlimited revisions per batch).
What is your rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule once for free up to 3 days before the event. For weather-related rescheduling, you may reschedule once for free up to 2 hours before the session. A $50 fee applies if rescheduling within 2 hours of the session.
How do you handle payments, and are there any payment issues I should be aware of?
We require 100% payment before the shoot to secure your booking. Payments can be made via PayNow or credit card and are processed through Stripe. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with payment processing through Stripe.
